About the role

The ERP Specialist will lead the Planning team and manage the supply system integrity as well as lead company wide Supply Chain ERP projects. Based in Bundaberg, some of your key responsibilities will include the below:

  • Support the use of QAD across the business
  • Champion TRACC implementation practices
  • Create & deliver system specific training, as well as develop matrices for team objectives
  • Through Lean thinking and TRACC tools provide effective & efficient work streams & recommendations on system automation/enhancements; as well as perform problem analysis and resolution
  • Manage reporting to drive insight based approaches to improvements

Skills & Experience

The successful applicant will possess the below skills and experience:

  • Demonstrated success in developing and leading high performing teams
  • Minimum 10 years experience with QAD (preferred), or similar ERP platform, ideally as superuser
  • Familiarity with IBP framework and Lean principles (TRACC would be advantageous)
  • Strong reporting nous in both generation and interpretation (preferably experienced with PowerBI)
  • Robust understanding of BOM & Routing processes
  • Experience in manufacturing industry
  • Strong change management experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Critical Thinking
  • Business focused
  • Experience in creating and delivering training material
  • Able to work unsupervised with high level direction
