About the role

Reporting into the Group Director Brand, this role is responsible for planning, delivering and managing a range of internal and external branded events for the hospital, managing promotional and branded items and supporting onsite activations across the group. You will play an integral part in delivering meaningful interactions with staff, doctors, customers, executives and stakeholders internally and externally through event experiences, on both a small and large scale. You naturally thrive in an event environment and are passionate, engaging and service oriented.

Skills & Experience

It is essential you have:

  • Demonstrated experience in coordinating end to end event management
  • Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
  • Excellent project coordination skills
  • Thorough understanding of managing an events budget
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Sound computer literacy skills including knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Teams and ZOOM
  • Excellent internal and external stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Flexibility to work evenings / after hours / on weekends as required

It is desirable you have:

  • Tertiary qualification in events, hospitality, tourism or related field
  • Experience in office administration such as invoice payment, contract management and general office duties
