About the role
This newly created role will be responsible for developing a region-specific marketing strategy to create demand, awareness, growth and sales opportunities within a targeted, high value customer base. Leveraging data insights, market research and anecdotal feedback, you will create field marketing activities which will support customer conversion through the buy cycle. You will oscillate between delivering large scale, high profile marketing activities; through to bespoke, targeted intimate events. This role will work across a range of channels, both online and offline, to deliver engaging and innovative targeted events - as well as develop campaigns to support the sales teams to deliver impactful, relevant content led marketing. Always passionate about measuring your own success, you will develop post-activity reviews to understand how to continually improve, and leverage the data and insights to inform your next move. Working cross functionally, you will have the support of internal events activation specialists, while also ensuring you are collaborating with your sales counterparts to ensure you are developing relevant marketing activities. Note - this is an initial 12 month contract with a view to move to a permanent position.
You are a degree qualified, savvy field based marketer with experience across the services / tech landscape. With a track record in field based marketing, or as an events native, you are a hybrid between being an expert in exceptional event management, sound communications, and creative campaign development. You are driven and charismatic, highly commercial, and looking for an exciting and fast paced environment to showcase your ability. You have exceptional communication skills, are a skilled influencer and a resourceful problem solver. You value the power of true collaboration, are the antithesis to a road-blocker, and have a can-do attitude.
