About the role
Reporting to the State Sales Manager, this is a key management role where you will effectively lead, manage and motivate a region of field based territory managers to enhance the presence of the company's range of products throughout the Independent Grocery, P&C and Route channels. This will involve superior execution of account activity, marketing programs and field sales strategies. Further, you will be responsible for the implementation of best practice processes; development & execution of business reviews; along with selection, training and development of staff.
Skills & experience
Tertiary qualified with experience in FMCG field management and/or Key Account Manager, you possess strong people management & motivation skills, along with excellent selling and negotiation ability.
