With a culture committed to quality, customer satisfaction and the true rewarding and support of all employees, the business is now seeking an Field Sales Manager to manage the field sales team across WA and SA.
About the role
Reporting to the National Field Sales Manager, you will effectively lead, manage and motivate a region of field based 5 x sales representatives (3x WA and 2x SA) to enhance the presence of the company's range of products within the foodservice channel, mainly with distributors and end users. This will involve superior execution of account activity and field sales strategies. Further, you will be responsible for the implementation of best practice processes; development & execution of business reviews; along with selection, training and development of staff.
Skills & experience
Success in this role will come from demonstrated field management or state account management experience within the FMCG industry, foodservice channel preferred. We are also open to a senior sales representatives that may have managed merchandisers.
You will possess strong people management and motivation skills, along with an excellent selling and negotiating capabilities. You will thrive off working in a team environment and have a passion for getting the best out of people!
