About the role

Reporting to the State Manager, the Field Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and developing a small team of Sales Representatives across metro Melbourne & regional Victoria in the Northwest. This territory covers both distributor and direct relationships across a vast range of channels including route, OOH and independent retail. The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for developing, leading, guiding and coaching their team members alongside key account management and driving new business development opportunities. This is an exciting, and fast paced role, where no two days are the same.

Skills & experience

Success in this role will come from demonstrated people management alongside strong business development experience, preferably gained in FMCG, retail or franchise industries. You will possess strong people development and motivation skills, along with an excellent selling and negotiating capabilities. You will thrive off working in a team environment and have a passion for getting the best out of people.
