Reporting to the Managing Director, the Finance Director will have primary day-to-day responsibility for all financial related activities of the company with a focus on business partnership, strategic and commercial advice, governance, finance transformation, reporting and analytics and treasury. Role responsibilities include:
- Transformation: review current finance function with a view of creating best practice finance and accounting team including governance, accounting policies and procedures, drive and implement a robust FP&A framework, reporting and analytics
- Financial Control: Prepare and disseminate financial reports, analysis and commentary to the business and overseas parent.
- Work with the leadership team to anaylse operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement, cost reduction and systems enhancement
- Treasury management and company secretary
To be successful, you will be a CPA or CA, with experience at CFO or Finance Director level, preferably in a manufacturing environment. You will have a growth mindset, experienced in leading teams through transformation, work with ELT's and boards to drive outcomes and a willingness to be hands-on as required.
