Our client is a major FMCG business with product portfolios across multiple categories. Due to a major rebrand that is being undertaken, the business is seeking to bring on board a Brand Manager for a six month contract with potential for extension to act as the lead on this project which spans across packaging and asset development.
About the role
You will be responsible for acting as the project lead, ensuring that the revised brand aligns to consumer needs and builds a consumer group of brand advocates. You will develop brand guidelines and act as the brand guardian for the rollout across packaging and asset development as well as manage project timelines.
Skills & Experience
- Tertiary qualification in relevant space eg. Marketing
- FMCG brand marketing experience with experience in launching brands to market / managing a rebrand / brand refresh project and packaging upgrades
- Experience working with consumer insights to develop customer led communications / NPD / packaging
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills
You will be a customer led marketer with a passion for FMCG marketing and project management. You will have well developed stakeholder management and influence skills and will enjoy working collaboratively in a cross functional environment.
You will be comfortable in operating within a fast paced, fluid environment, ensuring decision making is commercially led whilst maintaining the consumer at the forefront of your mind at every stage of the journey.
