Our client is a major player in the Australian grocery market with a number of heritage brands across multiple categories within the grocery space.
About the Role
As the Marketing Manager you will be responsible for managing a team of three (2 x SBM + 1 x ABM) and leading the implementation of 2019 brand and category plans across multiple brands including innovation and TTL communications. The role will see you working cross functionally to lead projects and closely with retailers to set the business up for for success for 2019.
The role will initially be a 3-4 month contract with potential for extension or permanent placement for the right candidate.
Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience working at a Marketing Manager or SBM level within FMCG / consumer goods with experience with implementing brand and category plans
- Experience with managing a team
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, influence and presentation skills
- Experience working across communications, trade marketing and NPD
You will be a natural leader with the ability to develop relationships and influence both internally and externally at all levels. You will pride yourself on your communication, stakeholder management and project management skills. You will be comfortable to adapt quickly to new environments, quickly picking up new process thanks to your flexible and agile nature.
