About the Role
Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Marketing Manager is responsible for both brand and product marketing, predominately within local markets but also supporting international markets (with a key focus on China). As well as supporting marketing activities for the core range, you will have the opportunity to launch new products into market (line extensions) and develop global assets including photography, packaging, reviewing previous marketing activity and launches along the way to identify opportunity to optimise, adjust and adapt.
Key Skills and Experience
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or similar
- Prior experience operating at a Marketing Manager or Senior Brand Manager level within FMCG
- Experience with leading product / brand campaigns and partnering with creative teams to develop assets and content
- Experience working with China market and diagou is ideal but not essential
- Ability to speak Mandarin is ideal but not essential
