About the Role
As the General Manager - Customer Growth, you will be pivotal in designing, building, and leading the business to a position of scale, and will be responsible for profitable customer growth and deploying integrated, unique solutions into the market, delivering real value for customers. You will build a highly agile organisation which delivers superior customer experience with best in market operating metrics across all aspects of the customer lifecycle. Reporting into the EGM Consumer, you will be a key driver and lead the company's extension into a new market. You will use your proven expert commercial acumen, creativity, innovation and industry leading sales and channels track record to build a start-up business that is backed by a well known brand. With a relentless customer focus and digital centricity, this is a highly visible and performance-driven role, pushing thought leadership in operating model, sales channels, products and customer management with accountability for the Customer Strategy, Sales and Product functions. Working in close collaboration with Customer Care and Operations, Technology, Brand and Marketing teams, you will define the customer strategy and drive its implementation in the market. You will also play a key role in helping design and implement an industry leading, world class technology platform and operating model that delivers a superior customer experience.
