They are looking for someone to drive research and implement exciting new products in new categories. The role will be based in Adelaide or Melbourne and will drive innovation on a global basis.
About the Role
This role will span multiple functions and the mandate is to drive purposeful innovation across all regions. The key responsibility will be to launch new beverage concepts for various brands outside of the mainstream portfolio.
The role will rely on excellent communication and engagement cross functionally in the creation of differentiated solutions which meet targeted consumer needs by using creativity, technical knowledge, and new technology application.
Critical to the role will the ability to analyse customer expectations and provide briefs that relate to trends. This will involve making technical decisions surrounding this and the ability to contribute to sourcing decision to ensure a strong & competitive supply base.
Skills & Experiences
This is an exciting and integral role within the business for future growth and your experience and skill set will include the following:
Experienced working in new product development in the beverages / alcohol industry
Exposure to research led decision making in beverage innovation.
Must have demonstrated knowledge of food safety laws and legislative requirements for beverage products.
An analytical mind with the ability to review large volume of complex legal and technical material.
Relevant tertiary qualification.
