Having grown over the years through acquisition, the business now boasts a portfolio of brands synonymous with quality, customer centricity and most importantly sustainability. Now, in order to capitalise on this, a focus is being put on marketing within each of the regions and to support this a global centre of excellence has been created in Australia.

The Role

As Global Digital Marketing lead you will act as an internal consultant, supporting all regional Marketing heads with developing and delivering Digital Marketing strategies. This will involve providing direction and support in optimising the use of digital channels and positioning each of the brands across digital channels in such a way that aligns with the overall brand and marketing strategy. You will have a focus on Customer Experience and Customer Engagement through digital channels, ensuring the optimal experience is delivered every time and will support with enhancing digital capability within the business globally.

About You

To be considered for this role, you will have a tertiary qualification in marketing, and ideally will have operated in a broad marketing management role before moving your career towards a specialisation in digital. You will be highly proficient in how digital marketing activities feed into overall brand and marketing strategies and will be able to demonstrate your proven track record in amplifying brand engagement through digital channels. Key to your success will be your consultative style, and your ability to collaborate and influence senior marketing stakeholders across a complex global organisation. You will be highly analytical and data driven with a strong understanding of conversion metrics, customer experience, SEO and SEM. Some exposure to the construction or manufacturing industry would be highly advantageous, although not essential.
