About the Role

As the General Manager - Customer Experience, you will be a pivotal member of the Executive Leadership Team and be responsible for designing, building, and leading the business to a position of scale, and will be responsible for building a highly agile, customer experience and technology lead operation with best in market operating metrics across all aspects of the customer lifecycle.

Reporting into the EGM Consumer, you will bring the customer value proposition to life. You will drive their thinking, people, technology & skill sets to deliver a consistent, superior customer experience across every customer touchpoint throughout the business. Your relentless focus on the customer and operations, strong leadership capability whilst also having strong commercial lens will see you set up for success in this very exciting role.
