These solutions incorporate design, implementation, and maintenance of display signage equipment and systems which enable clients to advertise and engage fans.

The Role
Reporting directly to the COO this Senior role is responsible for national leadership across all operating States, supporting the technical teams to install, operate and maintain LED signage solutions. You will be responsible for creating and implementing systems and processes, managing staff and driving best practice and continuous improvement to maximise eficiencies and maintain operational performance and workplace safety.

This is a hands-on role to lead a team of LED Technicians, Operators and warehouse staff that are responsible for all aspects of LED project delivery including LED screen installations, Freight and logistics, Kit maintenance, and event day operations. You will have the opportunity to introduce new systems for stock control, logistics, WHS and fleet management.

As an inspiring leader and connected communicator, you will translate the operations strategy into clear objectives for your team and quickly build collaborative relationships across different organisational functions to champion change.
