The Formula 1® Australian Grand Prix and The Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix bring together the biggest names in global sport and some of the world's most powerful and recognisable brands to create value for the state of Victoria

Reporting to the CEO this pivotal senior leadership role will be responsible for the development, management and execution of the commercial strategy. It is primarily focussed on diversifying and increasing revenue and yield in corporate hospitality, sponsorship and commercial partnerships, retail sales in grandstand and general admission segments and the broader pursuit of new markets

With an outstanding track record of commercial performance and driving revenue growth within major events, sport, entertainment, hospitality or a related field you will have experience working in complex, high performing organisations leading and developing sales teams. Your appetite for driving innovative commercial solutions will be at the forefront of what you do, complemented by an ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels and the personal qualities required to lead a large team in a dynamic and values-led organisation.
