About the role
As a key member of the ELT and reporting to the CEO, this role is instrumental in driving revenue generation and brand growth across a full range of products. With access to data and supported by key technology, you will use an abundance of resources to develop sales, marketing and brand strategies with a strong digital undertone, driving online sales and growing and leveraging loyalty programs that continue to position the business as a market leader across their portfolio. You will manage and oversee content across all Digital platforms, own and drive brand performance, build effective relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally and produce Management and Board reporting to demonstrate ROI. Managing a medium sized team, you will play a hands-on role in leading and mentoring the sales and marketing team, ensuring you have the structure and capability to deliver on strategic business growth.
Whilst this is a strategic role, you will absolutely enjoy getting your hands dirty, making things happen, with the ability to execute. You will have a demonstrated track record as a senior marketing professional, within the B2C space and ideally around 'planned and considered' purchases, combined with a strong customer, competitor and market insight focus. Digital and Customer Journey is a core part of your toolkit. You can show how you've implemented and talk to the results. Essential to this role is strong people leadership, collaboration and stakeholder engagement. If you have experience building mutually beneficial commercial partnership this would be useful.
