The business is attracting high calibre candidates who are looking for the chance to work with a business which is experiencing a period of strong growth and transformation. This role will be responsible for the Global business and reporting to the CCO.
About the role
This role is a multi-faceted role involving extensive market activation and business planning, direct customer and distributor engagement, relationship development, team organisational design, recruitment and leadership.
You will be responsible for global sales (Excluding Subsidiaries), focusing on sales centre of excellence, channel development, resource planning and delivery of the commercial outcomes for the business. The role is based in Brisbane however a large portion of your time will be spent in key markets around the world. You will be leading teams globally therefore an agility to manage teams in different regions is essential.
Skills and experience required
To successfully secure this role you will bring extensive experience in managing sales teams and full commercial ownership. Your main focus currently would be a commercial sales role but with the aspiration to really lead growth in a global business.
You have led large and complex teams with a tier one environment and have demonstrated success in driving performance in dynamic and high growth environments. You are open to the travel requirements of a global role and able to operate independently in a highly autonomous and fast paced environment.
