This charity is 30 years old and has been helping disadvantaged adults within the local community. With a newer International arm this non-for-profit really does make a difference.
The charity needs a General Manager to start as soon as possible. This newly created role will work with the CEO, COO, CFO and Independent board to drive strategy across operations, logistics, HR, health and food services as well as administration. Reporting into the COO your role will be key in driving process and discipline across the teams.

You will be joining an already established team, one that is committed about the cause and one that goes above and beyond. An empathy to the vision and values is a must and a can-do attitude when liaising with clients, government and community groups will serve you well. This is a small, busy and energetic team and one with a big heart.
All about you
You will ideally have a blend of commercial and third sector experience and have held a recent General Manager role. This position will also suit somebody who has held a senior operations role who is interested in stepping up. Your generalist background across Finance, HR, Governance and Logistics means you will be well placed to make impact across the charity.
