About the role

As part of the broader retention marketing and marketing automation team, you will drive the strategic marketing approach for this innovative app-based loyalty program. As the bridge between Marketing and the Loyalty portfolio group you will take to market insight led campaigns to drive member engagement, customer advocacy and retention rates, via a series of app-based loyalty programmes. You will use data and insights to form a solid understanding of the user base to generate excitement and engagement across the app, segmenting customers to develop a 12-month GTM strategy to deliver aggressive growth targets.

About you

You will bring previous success in driving a consumer facing app to market, growing membership and engagement with measurable metrics and ratings, ideally within customer loyalty programs. Leveraging this expertise, your robust thinking and commercial focus will be valued. Reporting directly to the GM you will be given the autonomy to lead the way and shape the opportunity as you see fit in line with growth targets. It is ideally suited to someone with a blend of start-up experience and an understanding of navigating the corporate landscape.
