About the role
As part of our graduate program, you will participate in a 12 month rotation program across three business units providing exposure to multiple disciplines, industries and management styles. In this challenging hands-on role, you will receive best practice recruitment training, whilst gaining experience and developing capabilities across all fundamental elements of recruitment. This program provides the opportunity to align an ongoing role with your skill-set and professional drivers.
Skills and experience
We are looking for talented individuals interested in embarking upon a recruitment career. Degree qualified, you are driven, ambitious, energetic with the desire to learn and grow professionally. Possessing strong interpersonal and communication skills, you are forward thinking with a demonstrated ability to challenge thinking and innovate.
