The Role

Reporting to a Director, this newly created Group Marketing Manager role will take ownership of developing and executing strategy across the business as it eyes international market expansion opportunities and continues to invest in capability and innovation here locally. Whilst the role has a large strategic element (ie shifting the business from a sales led organisaton to a more proactive marketing led footing, longer term strategic planning), there's also the full suite of marketing activity to lead and execute including digital & eCommerce, eDM's & campaigns, trade shows, product marketing, brand management and developing the capability within the existing team of 4.

The Person

In terms of background and level, it's quite simple:

- You'll be a dynamic B2B marketing leader from an industrial products background (manufacturing / distribution)

- You'll be tertiary qualifed in marketing and be passionate about your craft

- Strong in digital, CRM, eCommerce, campaigns & B2B marketing

- You'll have ideally led a strategic shift in a $50M+ business to a more marketing-led, proactive footing

- You'll have a track record of building capability within your teams

- Ideal but not essential, some exposure to export or international expansion
