About the Company

This fast-growing game creation tech business has been in market for the last 5 years and is going from strength to strength challenging the status quo, developing a unique product and proposition with a loyal member base. With a highly respected and passionate CEO they have achieved early success, already delivering high-end apps and mobile offerings to their members and constantly iterating their product. We are looking for a Head of Acquisition and Growth to drive brand awareness consideration and increase the member base and make their mark in this innovative and fast paced business.

About the role

Reporting to the CEO, you will have full ownership of developing the growth hacking strategy to drive brand & product awareness and acquisition. You will develop creative and innovative campaigns across multiple channels including SEM, Affiliates, Programmatic, Media Partnerships and Social channels to increase the member base. You will also manage campaigns to existing members to drive engagement, product usage as well as building out an innovative & enticing referral program.

You will review analytics and data regularly, tweaking channel mix, creative, offers etc and optimising where required to ensure you are delivering strong ROI. You are customer centric, and have a strong understanding of UX/UI and know what it takes to develop a strong product that customers love and you will have an opportunity to influence product development & enhancements.

  • Growth and Acquisition marketing mindset, test and learn, iterate constantly!
  • Strategic thinker yet you love getting your hands dirty
  • Data Analytics and Insights
  • Multi-channel expertise, social, SEM, SEO, Affiliates, EDM
  • Strong ROI focus, you get excited about driving growth
  • Experience across Mobile App Development highly advantageous
  • Understanding of UI/UX with strong customer centric mindset
  • Working in a start-up or scale-up tech business (would be beneficial)
