Responsible for leading an extremely large multi-tiered, high-performance field sales team, this critical leadership role will be responsible for ensuring day to day sales operations are efficiently driving customer acquisition activity and conversion, utilising Salesforce dashboards and data to maximise sales activity through the pipeline from lead gen to conversion - understanding the metrics and ratios. Your ability to identify insights from data to drive performance improvement will be critical to your success, along with superior communication and influencing skills to ensure your field leaders have clarity and take accountability within their teams for budget delivery and commercial outcomes by focusing on the right activities.
As part of the ELT, you will also be responsible for the development of your team, providing in field coaching and development with a visible, supportive & engaging 'modern' leadership style that balances your EQ with your commercial drive for results. Being highly proficient with not only reading the data but also identifying performance gaps and proactively intervening solutions, you will also be highly commercial in leading your rapidly growing team to achieve budget. Working closely with key internal stakeholders to maximise efficiency in the sales operations whilst maintaining a highly engaged, high performance sales team and outstanding CX.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
- Field Sales Management
- Excellence in S&OP, data, dashboards and CRM metrics / performance management
- Highly commercial, excellent numeracy and analytical skills
- Tertiary qualifications
- Highly developed communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Engaging, hands-on and supportive leadership style, a leader who can instil accountability
- Maintain & grow the high performance culture, inspiring people to be their best
