Focused on continuing to strengthen their brand positioning in market and giving back to the communities that support them whilst maintaining their market leading positioning through the launches of high quality product to market.

Due to continued growth, there is the opportunity to join the business in a newly created role as a Head of Digital.

About the role

Reporting into the Marketing Director, the Head of Digital will lead a team of four and will be responsible for the development of digital strategy to drive optimisation across their AUNZ channels and focus on engagement, retention, and acquisition to drive commercial outcomes across the region.

You will be the champion for the region, feeding digital insights back to global teams and work alongside the US head office as well as internal Creative, Marketing and Sales teams to take major campaigns and events briefs and digitise the promotional calendar with a strong focus across social media.

Key Skills + Experience

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field e.g. Marketing
  • Prior experience ideally in B2B would be highly advantageous but not mandatory
  • Strong understand of digital & e-commerce, social and email channels
  • Prior experience with leading and developing people
  • Experience working with global &/or premium brands is ideal, but not essential
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills
  • Exceptional communication and relationship building skills
  • A passion for the health and wellness &/or health and beauty space
