About the role
This newly created critical role will be responsible for building the e-commerce strategy and identifying market opportunities to drive growth as well as building a team required to deliver on projected revenue growth. You will be responsible for both B2B & B2C channels, managing their app and a several 3rd party platforms such as Uber East, Deliveroo, Fresho and Ordermentum. You will drive online trade daily looking for opportunities to optimise and improve the onsite experience through personalisation and test / learn as well as developing promotional campaigns to increase conversion across categories and brands. You will love being hands on and have a strong online trading mindset and constantly be looking for ways to innovate, expand their offering and drive growth. You need to be a data driven E-commerce professional, with strong reporting metrics and love looking at numbers on regular basis and using this as a foundation to formulate your thinking.
You are a degree qualified, and have a several years' experience as an Ecommerce professional ideally from online marketplaces or retail landscape, food experience and or passion for this space is highly advantageous. You have a solid martech understanding, you live and breathe constant optimisation of trade online and have strong examples of how you have driven growth in previous roles. You are passionate about all things data related, forecasting, budgets, and ROI. You are driven and charismatic, highly commercial, and looking for an exciting and fast paced environment to showcase your ability. You will thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, are self driven and are a natural born leader and mentor.
