Are you an acquisition focused marketer, interested in developing and executing the marketing strategy for rapidly growing fin-tech business?

About the company:

An established fin-tech business with a focus on crypto-currency. As they move into their 8th year of growth, they are looking to add some further sophistication to their marketing approach and need the right individual to lead them through their next phase of growth.

About the role:

A new role for the business, and reporting directly into the COO, the Head of Growth will have full ownership of the multi-channel marketing strategy, manage the business development lifecycle and drive growth in a competitive space. I am looking for a strategic thinker that can bring new ideas and create a commercial marketing strategy, whilst also willing to roll up their sleeves and execute key marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reporting directly to the COO, you will be required to strategically shape and deliver a customer focused marketing strategy, with a focus on acquisition and retention.
  • Own the customer life cycle including managing pipeline from inbound/marketing channels, qualifying, obtaining, and closing new business opportunities.
  • Manage all marketing communications and lead junior marketers on design and implementation
  • Managing and optimizing the conversion metrics at every stage of the marketing pipeline
  • Weekly report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Recommend new strategic partners, products, and services, along with product feature ideas to drive business growth.

Key attributes include:

  • 6+ years experience in acquisition focused marketing roles.
  • Experience in the wealth management/ financial industry preferred
  • Significant experience developing and executing successful and innovative marketing strategies
  • Have a creative and analytical approach to problem-solving - data-driven.
  • Commercial acumen to be an active participant in company leadership forums.
  • Experience in prospecting and generating new opportunities in addition to marketing generated leads
  • A resourceful approach to marketing, willing able to balance strategy with tactical, hands on responsibilities.
