About the role

Reporting to the CEO, you will have full ownership over everything marketing and growth related and the budget to hire a small team. You will develop and execute a Growth strategy to drive the acquisition of new customers, as well as existing customers moving through their journey -with a focus on seamless channel acquisition and building brand awareness. Taking full ownership of the Digital Roadmap you will manage Paid media, Affiliates, Programmatic channels, lead generation and the entire customer funnel - analysing data and reporting on results. You will work closely with internal teams to identify process, product and tech-led opportunities for customer growth.

This environment lends itself to a 'test and learn' mentality, so you will be encouraged to take a creative approach to concepting and rapidly testing solutions for driving cost-efficient growth, introducing modern growth marketing approaches and innovative strategies.
