About the role
As part of the senior leadership team, the Head of Marketing role will be responsible for a broad range of marketing functions including product marketing, PR, performance media and data analytics. You will build and implement brand building campaigns as well as develop and implement local marketing programs to build and enhance the brand, and drive sales growth. You will manage a large in-house team of digital marketers.
Skills & Experience
- Extensive marketing experience managing a high performing team
- Prior experience with an online retailer
- Highly analytical and metric driven
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communications skills
- Broad experience across a number of marketing channels
- Experience in developing marketing and communications strategies that are aligned to business strategy and priorities
