With a reputation that has been built over the last 40 years on quality craftsmanship, superior customer service and a real understanding of their industry, they are about to embark on their next phase of growth and have recently launched a key strategic partnership to further drive this growth. As a result of this and a recent promotion, they are now in the market for a new Head of Marketing to lead the existing team.
As Head of Marketing your role will sit across all four of the brands under the group and will be responsible for leading, developing and managing strategic marketing programs and the implementation of these across each to ensure growth objectives are met. Managing a small team that sit across brand, campaign management, digital marketing and demand generation you will also work in partnership with key stakeholders across Sales, Business Development and operational functions and will play a pivotal role in supporting senior executives with key communication initiatives that support overall business objectives and ensure stratetic partnership opportunities are optimised.
To be successful in this role you will be an accomplished senior marketing professional who has a proven track record in either the residential construction and/or development industry or leading marketing efforts for a well known consumer brand. You will be a creative and innovative marketing leader who enjoys working in an environment where you have the freedom to bring your ideas to the table and have an input into the strategic direction of a portfolio of brands. A team player with exemplary stakeholder communication and engagement skills you will an entrepreneurial thinker and commercial operator who is comfortable having input into pricing and managing budgets. Most importantly you will be analytical, insights and data driven and will have a strong leadership skillset to bring to the organisation.
