About the Role
You know when you get those opportunities that pop up on your feed, and they're a truly career defining role? This could well be one of those. Backed by one of the largest Australian based tech business, with true global reach and a market capitalization in excess of $20 billion; this role will spearhead marketing for a wholly owned newly acquired business. Based in Melbourne, this broad senior role will develop the go to market strategy for launch into the Asia-Pacific region, will deliver performance marketing campaigns, own the local content and SEO strategy, and ultimately be responsible for lead generation. You will manage a growing team (including a Marketing and Content Specialist, and a PR Specialist); and be instrumental in laying the foundations of success for the business.

About You
You are a degree qualified, savvy senior marketing leader and have deep experience across the B2B landscape. Although open to your industry background, experience with small businesses or SaaS products would be advantageous. You are a true master of your craft. You have a breadth of varied experience - whether that be a blend of working in large companies, scale ups or start ups; leading diverse teams or being an effective individual contributor; delivering strategies and being just as comfortable on the tools; or being customer facing as much as internal systems focused.

With a proven track record in launching go-to-market plans and developing new propositions, you have multi-channel experience and love utilising customer insights to drive strategic outcomes. You take a digital-first approach and bring an analytical lens to your work.
