About the Role
As Head of Partner Marketing, this role is responsible for leading the marketing strategy development and deployment of all Partner communications, events and campaigns to drive sales, referrals and retention activity. With a laser like focus on commercial returns, you will work hand-in-hand with your Sales counterpart and the wider sales team to continually develop best-in-class marketing programs to drive consideration, conversion and loyalty. You will be the custodian of a consumer-centric loyalty program, and will devise strategies to further leverage this opportunity. You will blend data-driven marketing with creative flair to deliver a memorable customer experience, always with an ROI front of mind. Of course, all the "B2B usuals" will be part of your toolkit - thought leadership, white papers, events, sponsorship partnerships …. But what else will you be bringing with you to take this organization into the next frontier?
You are a degree qualified, savvy senior marketing leader and must have deep experience across the B2B landscape. Although open to your industry background, experience with small businesses or SaaS products would be advantageous. With a proven track record in launching go-to-market plans and developing new propositions, you have multi-channel experience and love utilising customer insights to drive strategic outcomes. You are nimble, driven and charismatic, highly commercial, and looking for an exciting and fast paced environment to showcase your ability. You display strong self-awareness, are aware of your own flaws and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to engage with stakeholders, manage the demands of a growing team, and work cross functionally with effectiveness will stand you in good stead to win in this role.
