About the role
This is a new position created to drive strategy and innovation across their sales process. This role will be highly dynamic and require the right person to adapt to shifting priorities. The focus will be across leadership, new business acquisition, growth and team structure. You will revise the current portfolio and market offering to be able to target some of the lower hanging fruit initially and from there navigate to broader opportunities.
Skills & Experience
- Proven record of accomplishment in sales leadership and strategy across B2B.
- Ideal experience would be in payments, technology & innovation, digital commerce, corporate gift card services or prepaid financial products etc.
- Ability to create a high performce sales culture.
- Ability to embrace chnage and focus on driving better outcomes.
