About the role
As Head of Supply Chain you will be responsible for the Planning, Warehousing and Customer Service functions for the Australia and New Zealand operation. Success will be measured by your ability to deliver against inventory, cost, and service targets.

Key responsibilities include:
* Lead and develop a team of passionate individuals and foster a collaborative working culture across the business to drive commercial outcomes
* Ensuring an effective Sales & Operations Planning process is maintained and identify opportunities for enhancement
* Develop and implement improved procedures as required to ensure executional excellence across the end to end supply chain function.
* Prepare the business for an upcoming system upgrade project.

Skills & Experience
A proven senior supply chain leader, ideally with some exposure to the FMCG or Consumer Goods sectors, you will have had accountability for multiple functions with experience in planning / S&OP seen as critical. Experience dealing with international logistics will be highly regarded along with a demonstrated success in process optimisation to achieve supply excellence.
