With their head office located in Melbourne, they are looking for an experienced Health and Safety Advisor to join the team and work remotely.
About the Role
As the Health and Safety Advisor you will work closely with the members of the group H&S Advisory team with the responsibility of ensuring advice given to customers is robust, compliant and in line with good practise guidelines. The advice you will give will need to be simple, effective and enable customers to work cooperatively with others to keep those around you safe and healthy while working. You will need to be confident in being an expert in the field and a reliable source of advice to the construction sector.
Skills & Experience
This is an exciting and integral role within the business for future growth, your experience and skill set will include the following:
- A formal H&S qualification and willingness to upskill if required.
- Experience in the field of health and safety especially in the construction sector
- Exceptional communication and engagement skills with the ability to give straightforward advice to others.
- A pragmatic and solution-focused approach to health and safety for our customers.
- A focus on continuous improvement for yourself and the business.
