About the Role

Due to a high amount of recruitment projects, our client is looking for someone to come on board for a short term contract to help manage the workload. This will be a 12 month contract. This role reports into the HR Manager. It is an office based environment for a Research and Development centre, a technical environment consisting of scientists and engineers. There is a laboratory, manufacturing space and office at this facility.

  • Coordinate recruitment activities including pipeline management, interview scheduling and comms with recruitment agencies.

  • Coordinate the onboarding process

  • Internal communications with leadership team updating them on the current recruitment processes and pipelines

  • Liaise with external recruitment agencies, organising interviews and testing for candidate

  • Coordinate end of year performance reviews

  • Facilitate the graduate and intern program including check point meetings after each rotation

Skills and Experience:

  • Degree qualified

  • Previous recruitment experience or HR admin support experience.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to relate well and cooperate with people at all levels.

  • A high level of attention to detail and strong ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
