Working with NSW main provider of HV network transmission you will be further developing their capacity as the backbone of the Australian energy market.
This role will be responsible for ensuring that all capital investments deliver the required objectives and are fit for purpose. You will provides leadership and governance by establishing a single point of coordination between concept owners and all other relevant stakeholders in the business through the full life-cycle from need identification to the project close out. The role focuses on providing coordination of the portfolio of projects from need identifications to decision gate approvals. The role also provides assurance on optimisation/prioritisation, efficiency, and management of changes throughout the project life-cycle.
To be successful in this role you will be a degree qualified engineer (Ideally Electrical) who has a strong technical background and experience in project life-cycle management. You will be outcome focused and a proactive learner who has the agility to move projects forward in an ever-changing environment. You will possess strong stakeholder engagement skills and know the right questions to ask to gather the information that you require. Communication is key to the success of this role.
