About the role

This is more or less an entry level role they is used as a launching pad for graduates within their business. The idea is that you spend 12-24 months in a laboratory based role as you learn the business and grow your skills and interests, at that point you can take on your next challenge. The Innovation Laboratory Tech role is lab based, it executes batteries of tests and other processes in support of new product development.



About you

We're looking for enthusiastic and qualified graduates who have an interest in the manufacturing space, you'll either have a science or chemical engineering degree and you'll see this is a foot in the door within a medium sized business with a great culture. In the short term, you'll be successful in the lab role because of your attention to detail, your flexibility and adaptability to try new things, your organisational skills and positive attitude. If you happen to have some experience in a professional lab based role, that would surely be an advantage.
