Going through a sustained period of growth and internal succession planning they have an exciting position available for an Insights Analyst, as they continue to lead the business with insight driven expertise.

About the role

Reporting to the Insights & Analytics Manager, you will be a curious thinker, who is able to understand consumers and apply that knowledge to business decision making. You will support across all categories and be an integral part of the business building actionable insights and recommendations to drive brand growth. You'll be a data expert and focus on detailed data analysis across scan and panel data to produce fact-based consumer, shopper & category insights. You will work with a broad mix of internal stakeholders across marketing, sales and category and help influence the businesses strategic direction.

Skills & experience

Success in this role will come from:

  • 1-2 years' experience working client side or agency researcher
  • FMCG/Food manufacturer experience is preferable
  • Current/Prior experience within an Insight or Category led position
  • Strengths using IRI Or Panel data
  • Analytically minded and capabilities within quantitative research
  • Excellent communication skills to both local and global stakeholders
