This organisation is one of Australia's largest community based care providers with a core focus on service, technology, scale and mix of channels including clinics, mobile health, residential aged care and disability support accommodation. A 'for profit' business they are embarking on significant growth through mergers and acquisition and organic growth with the aim of providing people with quality health and care services in their own homes and in the community.

One of their core divisions provides support to older Australians and people with disability in both community and specialist living settings. With a workforce of over 4000 people, the organisation delivers quality care and support in a person centred, convenient and trusted manner.

Due to recent changes, the organisation requires the immediate need for an EGM.

This is a critical role accountable for significantly growing the business whilst maintaining the highest standard of service quality. Due to the nature of the business (integration of a number of new entities via acquisition), a critical component of the role will be driving transformation and change, as synergies and efficiencies are made in order to drive growth and profitability.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the aged care or disability sector, or an organisation that has scaled a workforce and has exposure to safety and risk. Highly commercial, the EGM will have experience in transformation and change.
