About the role

Reporting to the Manager of Marketing & Communications, the Internal Communications Advisor will develop and deliver engaging content across a range of print and all digital channels that effectively communicate to the whole organisation. You will be managing the recently relaunched staff intranet page and ensure content is engaging and updated with key messages.

In this role, you will produce content for all employee communications across digital channels, including newsletters and webinars, while overseeing general website updates. You will also demonstrate an understanding of copy writing and possess strong stakeholder engagement skills, as you network and build relationships.

Skills & Experience

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related discipline.
  • Experience with copy writing is desired
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a productive team member
  • Experience engaging with external stakeholders
  • Experience with Intranet and SharePoint is desired
