Reporting to the Sales Director you will be responsible for leading a team of Internal Account Managers focusing on the SMB sector. You will be required to drive a high level of performanace and productivity, ensuring the team is consistently over-achieving set sales targets whilst maintiaing a high level of customer service. This team is very much about protecting existing revenue and identifying growth opportunities by either extending additional products to customers or increasing customers spend on existing products.
We are looking for a strong internal sales leader that has prior experience in a similar role (contact center enviornment) with a strong focus across both sales & service as well as dealing with conflict resolution. The ideal candidate will have considerable experience building strong customer relationships in a telephone based sales enviornment with experiencing leading individuals in a similar enviornment.
Other key requirements:
- Track record in a similar phone based sales leadership role where you have consistenly over-achieved set targets
- Experience navigating a large organsiation working with multiple stakeholders and cross functional teams
- Has previously worked in a B2B sales enviornment in an internal sales role
- Is looking for an organisation to continue progessing and developing their career
