About the role
This Australian business is looking for an International Sales Manager to join their team and report directly into the GM. This role will be responsible for developing and executing the international strategic business plan to drive sales and market share growth across 45 countries including UK, Canada and the USA through both direct and distributor relationships alongside identifying new business opportunities. This is a leadership position within the business with scope to grow the team , both short and long term.
Skills and experience
The ideal candidate will have strong experience as a Sales Manager gained within the consumer goods industry, ideally baby/infant or apparel, footwear or homewares. They will have proven international market development experience ideally within the UK, Canadian and US markets and will have existing relationships and knowledge in this space. They will have a hunger for growth, a collaborative style alongside exceptional internal and external stakeholder influencing skills.
