About the Role
Reporting directly into the CEO the Junior Marketing Manager is a pivotal role leading all marketing activities. This is the first pure marketing hire to the business, whilst strong pillars and strategies set this will be a hands-on journey role to make your mark! You will be supported by a strong team of subject matter experts, in both human and animal health, along with a sales & marketing hybrid CEO.
As the Junior Marketing Manager, you will have a hands-on role, leading 3 brands in domestic and international markets. With 1 brand set to launch in a matter of months, and others already causing noise in market these will be brands that will quickly have a strong name in market! Working closely with third party agencies, distribution parties and management, you will lead the company's marketing, brand and communication activities and will be responsible for the development and execution of all go-to-market initiatives across diverse channels, which may range from pain specialists, GP's, hospitals to pet speciality, e-commerce and veterinary clinics. This is a self-driven role that will see you apply marketing best practice into a technical, driven audience. You will provide support, and strategic outcomes for planning and executing product launches in new and existing markets around the world.
Skills & Experience
This is the perfect role for a strong Brand or Senior Brand Manager currently working within Human or Animal Health, hungry for that next step and wishing to apply their experience to something new and make a difference!
Ideally 5+ years in Technical Brand Marketing, with experience in Human & Animal Healthcare
Proven success launching a NEW brand or category into the TGA market
Commercially minded with solid operational and financial understanding
Digital savvy skillet, promoting brands on ecommerce platforms & social pages
Excellent localisation skills, tailoring campaigns, and product launches to different markets
Some experience working in a start-up brand or business is highly regarded
Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business or Commerce
