My client is a global business who specialise in premium skincare and beauty products, who are expanding their presence within the Australian market. Their incredible products are currently found throughout the pharmacy channel and they are due to launch 2 new brands in 2020, with more on the horizon. As a part of their growth and continued shift in the retail landscape, we are now on the looking for a Junior National Account Manager to step in and manage their Online customers.
About the role
Reporting to the Commercial Director, this exciting role will be responsible for managing the relationships with E-Commerce partners such as Adore Beauty, Pure Players and Specialist Retailers. You will be responsible for the development of joint online-business plans, including promotional planning, insights generation and forecasting. This role will also work collaboratively with the marketing team on executing digital marketing plans and capabilities within the channel.
Skills & experience
Success in this role will come from demonstrated FMCG account management or business development experience from within the e-commerce channel. This may be directly or indirectly with Pure Players, Adore Beauty, Amazon, Catch Of The Day etc. Degree qualified you will possess a creative mind and work with an entrepreneurial flair, have a genuine interest in the health & beauty industry and thive on working in a fast paced environment. Strong commercial and financial acumen is also required.
