My client is a global FMCG business who have a portfolio of premium, high quality and luxury skincare & beauty products. Their brand presence has grown exponentially throughout the pharmacy, online and speciality channels and in the pipeline are 2 global brands that are due to be launched to market at the back end of 2021. They are backed by a global leader and have an exceptional Australian team full of high performers, and as a result of growth, they are now expanding their sales team!
About the role
Reporting to the Head of Sales, this role will be responsible for managing the e-commerce / online channel which is made up of Adore Beauty, Amazon and The Hut Group (for now, there is more growth in play!). You will act as the voice of the brand and business where you will take the leading in the 1-3 year business planning, which will also involve the development of promotional programs, whilst also managing all ranging / reviews and delivering insights and trends to the customer to drive overall business growth.
Skills & experience
Success in this role will come from demonstrated Account Management experience from within the FMCG, consumer goods or retail industry specifically within the e-commerce / online channel. You will have a genuine passion and interest in the Health & beauty industry, and your commercial & financial acumen will be a standout strength! This role will suit someone who enjoys bringing an entrepreneurial flair to work in a fun and creative team environment.
