About the role:
To lead, direct & deliver the assigned business categories within the key Pharmacy customer groups within the portfolio to achieve or exceed a defined sales target. These results will be driven through category & customer planning with mutually agreed objectives & strategies
Ideally you will have:
- Tertiary qualifications preferred (Business/Commerce)
- Strong time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects
- Ability to prepare & present professionally for key meetings and presentations.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to influence others at all levels.
- Ability to analyse data/market information and to draw actionable conclusions
- Ability to convene and facilitate cross-functional team meetings.
- Build relationships at all levels of an organisation (internal/external).
