About the role
Reporting to the Business Manager, you will be responsible for managing a key account. You will work closely with the Business Development Manager to deliver on the overall joint business plan and together with the Technical Director, National Audit Manager and National Distribution Manager to deliver on agreed Customer Service level KPI's. The Key Account Manager will be a leader and an influencer in bringing the customer's voice into the business so that expectations can be understood.
Skills & experience
Success in this role will come from demonstrated experience as a Key Account Manager or National Account Manager in B2B. Degree qualified in Marketing/Commerce/Business or equivalent experience, you will possess a high quality of financial and commercial acumen, accompanied with strong negotiation and influencing skills. You will be a naturally driven, adaptable and motivated team player, and thrive off working in an entrepreneurial environment.
