A leading supermarket retailer require a Logistics Coordinator for a 3 month contract starting immediately. There is potential to be made permanent once the economy becomes more stable.
About the Role
You will be responsible for managing the overall coordination of the domestic freight for various portfolios. By delivering excellent service and working with the wider supply chain team you will optimize service while optimizing operating costs simultaneously. This role will be done from home initially.
- Experience using TMS
- Strong analytical skills using Excel (Pivot tables etc)
- At least 2 years of experience in planning and/or logistics
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders
- Experience in an FMCG company dealing with domestic freight
