About the role
As Logistics Customer Service Coordinator you will be the key supply chain contact for all customers. You will also be responsible for coordinating international container movements, sales orders and development of operating procedures and systems.
- Providing customer service and resolution to all client issues pertaining to delivery of product.
- Keeping customers updated on transport services
- Complete weekly efficiency measurement reporting
- Timely management of day to day issues
Skills and Experiences
You will have had prior experience in Customer Service or Logistics and possess strong attention to detail. You will also be able to demonstrate proven experience in building relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
